Slow Robot made this genius “A Sandwich for Every Day of the Month” list and it looks delicious. This would be a great month if you actually made one of these every day, I’m just saying! There’s so many scrumptious and fancy looking sandwiches here; sausage and peppers, prosciutto and asparagus, smoked salmon with dill on pumpernickel, roast beef with horseradish and cucumbers… I could go on! They all look seriously delish:
