Michiko Cosplay looks amazing as Harleen Quinzel aka Harley Quinn from the 2016 Suicide Squad movie! Before she ran off and joined the circus, she was known as Dr. Harleen Quinzel. A psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum. She was assigned to The Clown himself.
