This demanding boss texted their employee insisting that they come in to work on Thanksgiving even though it’s their week off. As I said in the Boss Tries to Force Employee to Come In on Day Off post, if your boss ever tries to pull this on you this is the best way to handle it as far as I’m concerned. So yea, as you can imagine, this doesn’t end well. No take backsies, boss!

Actually that is not how it works, the proof of burden is on the ones who claims this is true.
