LOL! Ok this is funny, even if you’re one of these people who don’t understand how eggs work. I have talked to a few people as well who thought that the yolk in the eggs we eat is a baby chicken. Which is confusing because it’s obviously not a chick. Except for the fact that they’re both yellow, hahaha. This is an amusing fail:

Just for the record in case you don’t know, the eggs we eat are unfertilized, meaning the egg will never develop and hatch into a chick. The yolk is not a tiny chicken. It’s simply the nutrient part of the egg that would supply food to the embryo if it was fertilized. A chicken usually lays an egg everyday, regardless if it is fertilized or not.
