Raven is a superhero appearing in DC comic books and she is one of the main characters of the Teen Titans series. She is a human-demon hybrid, originating from the parallel dimension of Azarath. She is one of five founding members of the Teen Titans. The character also goes by the alias Rachel Roth as a false civilian name. Anyway, this cosplayer nailed this look and the wings are absolutely epic:
