I’m in love with the idea that, as busy as the Joker is trying to sow chaos and mayhem throughout Gotham, he is a huge Whovian and makes time to watch Doctor Who every week.
…You can just see Joker is pondering “Do I kill myself, or kill Batman again, just to be a dick. Or kill Harley because I’m not sure who to kill. That’s it. I’m killing SOMEONE.”
