Funny Japanese English Shirts

LOL! Reddit user k-popstar moved to Japan to teach English and has been taking these funny pictures of Japanese discount store shirts with totally random English words on them. These language translation fails are actually pretty funny and I would even wear a few of these! This is like the opposite end of western people getting Asian lettering tattoos that they think say “freedom” or something, but actually say “soup”, etc. Although to be fair, a shirt is a lot less permanent than a tattoo, haha.

  1. A few of these absolutely do work in English, though most of these are gibberish.

I particularly like “Precise Dwarf Bravery”, as it sounds like something a dwarven military commander might say, and be short (no pun intended) for the phrase, “A precise application of Dwarf Bravery”, lol!
