Food courts do this all the time. I used to work at a Chicago Grill (burgers, hotdogs, and shakes) back in the 90s. We had a gyro place, Sbarro’s, froyo… We’d all trade food. Two hamburgers and a hot dog for pizza and ziti, fries for a frozen yogurt. It worked out pretty well.
