This reminded me about Paul Gallico’s wonderful book, The Silent Meow, that I happily discovered back in the ’60s.
I love that book, and still like to find copies to give my cat-loving friends! A woman who was basically a mother to me bought my first copy in the early 2000’s When I was in high school. I always have a copy of my own to remind me of her. The fact that I also like it doesn’t hurt either!
