LOL! This is an amusing post about what fantasy Tumblr would be like if mythological creatures existed in real life. People would be judging and defending left and right. Stop fetishizing incubi! Stop werewolf erasure! Destroy the idea that zombies “need” to eat brains. Stop judging Wendigos for something they can’t control! And so on…
And then come the thought-out articles on things — the stigma that robots are service workers came from the Establishment(TM) trying and failing to replace all their human workers with robots, the “oppressive” system the demons defied actually had better benefits than their current one but they used inflammatory rhetoric to support their attempted power-grab, etc. Those two are just the ones that came to mind as I was reading this.

Just a reminder that ‘poltergeist’ just means a ‘noisy ghost’ in German, and that ‘ghost’ is a valid term for all postvital individuals that have lost connection with their original body, regardless of whether they are incorporeal, semi corporal, or corporeal (through the possession/inhabitation of an otherwise unused body). Bodyjacking is still a crime, but the defining trait of a ghost is not corporeality, it’s postvitality.
