I agree completely I even went nerdy enough to setup a spreadsheet converting to the setup. Changing the new year to be based on solstice. Every month does in deed have 28 days with the 13th month having 29 and 30 on leap years. This would give a nice vacation extra for the solstice/new year celebration. All of the months need to be renamed/rearranged. ie: October is no longer the 10th month but the 8th since Oct means 8 anyway.
