I would like to point out that, with few exceptions (such as drafted conscientious objectors in the WWs), Medics uphold the FAFO paradigm to the same (or higher lol) degree as your typical soldier. We always said, “Don’t piss off the person who knows how to put you back together, because he also knows the most painful ways to take you apart.”
Also — only Alfred can tell the “World’s Greatest Detective” that he’ll never find all the guns in the house and be totally and unquestioningly believed.
To say nothing of one of the more down-to-earth versions of the “guns don’t kill people” argument, stated by a man who saw his close friends die to gunfire.
