Reminds me of the beginning of the sixth Harry Potter book when the prime minister asks Fudge why wizards don’t just solve the Death Eater problem with magic, and Fudge just responds, “that’s the thing. The other side has magic too.”
The problem with this post’s concept is that Batman is fighting the elites of Gotham, who are also millionaires and billionaires. They want the system to stay where it is because it benefits them. That’s why Batman stays anonymous and outside the law. His goal is to fight corruption on both sides in order to fix the broken system.
