I had a bully steal my glasses during summer camp. Of course, I just assumed I’d lost them and because I’m naturally an optimist, made the best of things. It did backfire slightly, because a kid had to be assigned to lead my blind ass around all day. I only realized that my glasses had been stolen as a bullying thing when they were returned by being placed on top of a stack of clean clothes I’d just folded on the last day of camp as I was packing to go back home. I still get some amusement out of the thought of whoever it was trying to destroy my annoying sunshine-y personality and discovering that I am sunshine to the core!
