cryptotheism, your resident Tumblr occultist, posted this list of some confusingly contradictory religions and what they mean. Starting with a Buddhist Inverse Solipsist:
I believe the state, society, and government are concepts which do not exist apart from the physical acts of self-answerable individuals.
I believe blame, guilt, responsibility, and accountability make it impossible for a person to shift, share, or distribute blame.
Being rational, I understand not everyone shares my views; yet, I strive to live perfectly in an imperfect world, completely aware that I am not capable of achieving perfection.
I accept all rules society deems necessary to secure its freedom and liberty.
I am free no matter what the rules my society imposes. If the rules are tolerable, I will tolerate them. If not, I will break them, knowing that I (and I alone) am morally responsible for everything I do.
I am a polyatheist. There are Many Gods in Whom I do not believe – and on at least a couple of occasions have disbelieved directly to what passed at that moment for “Their Face.”
