Ok, I actually did know this, but a lot of people are today years old when they realized what tea lights are used for. This amusing thread is of someone learning that tea lights can heat tea:

From the days before sterno, I have a (IIRC) Corningware casserole dish with its own 2-tea light warming rack.
I did. They can be used to keep pots of coffee hot, too. I have a MCM Pyrex coffee carafe with a stand that holds a tea light.
