LOL! These memes about all the angry dudes crying about the silly post-credit scene with She-Hulk and Megan Thee Stallion twerking are spot on. The only argument I’ve seen them actually muster up other than “woman bad!” is “well since Jennifer Walters didn’t want to be catcalled she shouldn’t be twerking!”. The thing is what you’re basically saying with that argument is, “women can’t dance and if they do they deserve to be harassed.” Not to mention she was doing it for lulz with another woman in the privacy of her office. But even if she wasn’t, why are men allowed to dance, but if women do they are “objectifying themselves”. What is this, Footloose?
Stop being so weird and misogynistic and let women dance too. Don’t act like Tony Stark and Peter Quill aren’t out there thrusting their pelvises with the best of them. The MCU is not some serious place with no jokes and no end credit gags. All these dudebros acting like Marvel movies and shows are high concept cinema are ridiculous. It’s not that serious. Anyway, here are the (spot on) memes:
What do you think about the infamous She-Hulk twerk and the dudes crying about it? Let us know in the comments below!
More, please.
This article shows how ignorant you are about the context and characterization of each one of the male heroes. And having to explain it to you makes it even worse.
For example:
Peter wasn’t acting properly in SM3, the point of the scene is that the black suit is turning him into a moron. Totally the opposite of what Peter Parker is.
Star Lord shows throughout the whole damn movie that he likes 80s music and also likes to dance.
Tony in Iron Man 2 was also acting like a selfish idiot so that scene is supposed to make him look bad.
Zemo was trying to blend with the crowd to not get caught.
Hulk in Ragnarok was bad, that’s on Taika.
And I don’t see many people loving the “America’s Ass” joke.
People hated that scene in She Hulk because since the very first scene in the whole show men are portrayed as idiots or incompetent.
She was demanding to be treated with respect and by twerking in the office you think is the best way to get respect???
