So the now the fastest moving manmade object is actually the Parker Solar Probe. It is a NASA spacecraft launched in August 2018 designed to study the outer corona of the Sun. The Parker Solar Probe set several records for speed and proximity to the Sun. At its closest approach, it is expected to reach speeds of up to about 700,000 kilometers per hour (about 430,000 miles per hour). But this manhole is a good second place:
