I was training to work in a call centre for booking driving tests. I was taking my first call from a Driving Instructor booking in some of his pupils. Unbeknownst to me, two Trainers were listening into my call, which was going very well until I started using the Phonetic alphabet to double check the driving licence number and said ‘Is that Y for Wankee?’ Luckily the D/I saw the funny side, as did the Trainers who were shrieking with laughter on the other side of the room.
