This awesome scene is from Batman: The Animated Series, season 1, episode 47, “Harley and Ivy”. This is a really great episode and in this scene after a heist Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy get catcalled by three men. Harley of course responds as you would expect her too:

Those people are dead now. And, i meanm catcalling is bad, and you shouldn’t do it, but I don’t know that being RPG’d is a proportionate response.
