LOL! Ryuu Lavitz looks fabulous cosplaying as her cheeky Magikarp from Pokémon! The mask is just perfection and the waterpark location is great. Magikarp is known to be useless in battle as it can only splash around. As a result, it is considered to be the weakest Pokémon. *Magikarp used Splash! But nothing happened!*
