OMG this is the stuff of absolute nightmares. These are horrific examples of the uncanny valley gone wrong. Dan Leveille created this “Mario & Princess Peach Find a Mushroom” series of AI-generated photos with the program DALL·E. These are not real photos and they’re not real people. DALL·E 2 is a new artificial intelligence system that can create realistic images and art from a description in natural language.
