Marie Beecham posts about racial equity and social unity on Instagram. She wrote this wonderful post for anyone asking the question, “Should we say Black?”. Basically this is for people who are wondering if it’s ok to refer to black people as black. And the short answer is; yes. Black is good. Black is not a dirty word. Here is her post explaining why:
