Chochi drew this awesome genderbend fan art series titled “TMNT Rule 63 Parade” of the characters from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. If you didn’t know, Rule 63 is an Internet meme that states that, as a rule, “for every given male character, there is a female version of that character” and vice versa. It began to see general use in fandom communities as a term to refer to both fan-made and official gender-swaps of existing fictional characters. Anyway, the turtles look radical as ladies! And while reptiles with mammary glands doesn’t make the most sense, I thinks we can excuse it considering they are humanized and speak English, etc. LOL!
