This post goes into just how much of a massive screw up the sinking of the RMS Titanic was. And it’s not just that the ships design was flawed from the beginning. The repeated human error that happened made the disaster so, so much worse than it could have been. But I am glad that The Story of the Carpathia and the Titanic was mentioned in this post, since it’s the only bright spot in the whole saga. even though their rescue efforts ultimately failed, it’s a truly great story.
