This old Pizza Hut building that isn’t a Pizza Hut anymore is actually a perfect metaphor for being a transgender person. For some more context, the first meme posted below has been spammed in a lot of spaces online as an “argument” against trans identities. Leiracal Muse breaks down that argument and turns it into a trans positive analogy:

If you kick a ball and think you can play soccer, then you can. your gender does not affect how you think just as your body does not affect your brain, if you believe your another gender then you are.
This is a beautiful metaphor, and it really shows how backwards the logic people will go to just so that they can be bigoted towards transgender people.
The building was never a Pizza Hut. It is, and always be a building, not a Pizza Hut, not an accounting office, or a military tank. It is a building, always has been a building, and will always be a building until it is razed.
Why can’t I share these on fb anymore? It’s either Pinterest or X, formally known as Twitter. Not even Instagram cam it be shared on. This is only slightly annoying
