You can break it down farther, During Republican Presidency’s or control Vampire movies’ and shows are popular, and during Democrat presidency’s and control Zombie movies are more prevalent. Republicans are seen as blood sucking, control, domination, and as a single person. Democrat’s are seen as a mindless horde, no brains, just following and trying to force everyone else to follow. (Not getting in to politics just an observation based on conversations and some articles iv read)
