Here’s a handy post to remind you of the difference between different types of dragons, wyverns, wyrms and more! The differences are mostly in their various appendages, like how many legs, arms or wings they have.
Via Wikipedia: A dragon is a large, serpentine, legendary creature that appears in the folklore of many cultures worldwide. Beliefs about dragons vary considerably through regions, but dragons in western cultures since the High Middle Ages have often been depicted as winged, horned, four-legged, and capable of breathing fire.

All of those are dragons. The one shown there specifically is a European/Western Dragon, but it’s no more or less a dragon than the Asian Lung, a lindworm or a wyvern. That’s like saying a German Shepherd is more dog than than a Doberman. Dragon is a family, not a species.
Water dragon. 4 legs, no wings, big ass claws and likes to sit in inconvenient places and scare people for food. Also incredibly fast swimmer, loves water.
