I just woke up from a successful siesta and figured now would be a good time to post this list of the different types of naps, ranked by an experienced napper. I’d also include the power nap, which is similar to the businessman’s nap mentioned below, but without the worrying. A quick 15 min. power nap can seriously revitalize you with a much needed energy boost for the day! 10/10. Here are the rest of the types on naps, ranked:
