I hear my cat hollering in the other room, the holler echoing of the walls as i’m about to fall asleep, so I get out of bed and go open the door. I feel my cat brush its fur against my leg, then it growled right after I realized that I don’t have a cat.

I heard my brother giggling from the other room, which none of our family members used. I thought he just moved there to play in the middle of the night, so I changed my position and that’s when I brushed against my brother beside me…
