Among Us Fan Art - Dad and His Son

EMERGENCY MEETING! Sonyamon drew this super cute series of Among Us fan art of a Crewmate dad with his little son. Red is looking pretty sus though! If you’re not up on the game lingo, “sus” is short for suspicious and is more of a gut feeling without evidence than anything else.

Among Us rapidly rose to viral popularity in 2020, in part due to the pandemic. It has has inspired many internet memes and achieved a large following online. If you’re not familiar with the game, it is an online multiplayer social deduction video game. American game studio InnerSloth originally released it on June 15, 2018. The game takes place on a spaceship, in which players each take on one of two roles, most being Crewmates, and a few being Impostors.

The goal of the Crewmates is to identify the Impostors, eliminate them, and complete tasks around the map. The Impostors’ goal is to covertly sabotage and kill the Crewmates before they complete all of their tasks. Players suspected to be Impostors may be eliminated via a plurality vote, which any player may initiate at any time. Crewmates win if all Impostors are eliminated or all tasks are completed whereas Imposters win if there is an equal number of Impostors and Crewmates, or if a critical sabotage goes unresolved.
