HBO Max just released this concept art for Anna Diop’s new Starfire costume in the upcoming Titans season 3. You may remember all the controversy surrounding the portrayal of her character in the previous seasons. Fans weren’t happy with her look and hopefully this new costume will change that, as it is more similar to the DC comic books that inspired it. As you can see they changed her red hair and gave her a more natural hair color for this incarnation of Starfire.

Starfire and her sister Blackfire, played by Damaris Lewis will both have large roles in the upcoming season. Executive producer Greg Walker has even teased that the show will revisit their history on their homeworld, Tamaran. Titans season 3 is currently in production. However, HBO Max hasn’t set a premiere date for season 3 yet.
