“It was an honor to be part of this session of photographer Annie Lalonde photographe to highlight her new project. I always dreamed of recreating the pin up Hilda of cartoonist Duan Bryers and Annie got on board with the drive of a TGV and especially with all her social worker kindness. Photographer and social worker, she wants to put forward bodily diversity and accompany people who desire it towards greater acceptance and self-confidence.

Whether it’s for the pure pleasure of doing a photoshoot, pushing your limits in a safe space, or a self-esteem helping relationship (which can end in a photoshoot) Annie is the only person I know who is trained in both fields.

The set experience is fun, the team is beautiful, it’s beautiful, and it speaks about what I care about: self-love and respecting differences. Imagine living in a world where everyone has good self-esteem… Thanks to the whole team for turning me into the strike the pose at Hilda.”
