This is an important PSA about how to deal with food mold. Not everyone can afford to throw away food if it’s not totally spoiled and food waste is terrible anyway. But you can’t always just cut the mold off the surface of food. There’s a list below that tells you how to deal with mold on different foods. Some has to be discarded, but some can be saved:
