How to Handle Flat Earthers
Obligatory follow-up regarding choice of reading material: I’ve read the entire Bible and the only “evidence” therein that the earth is flat is A) the product of that having been the dominant worldview at the time the Bible was written and/or B) the result of some pretty heavy personal interpretation, probably without context, of the text.
Demon Haunted world is an awesome book. I read it as a kid and then stole my dad’s copy when I moved out for college, not sure if he ever actually read it 😉
Heard a story about a kid who read that book when he was a kid it was his dad’s stole it when he moved out only to find out his dad bought it for him to read and take when he moved out his dad had his own copy that was technically hidden in the garage
