This is an awesome sci-fi idea for an ineffectual malicious AI (artificial intelligence) villain character. There are so many successful evil AIs in media (Skynet from The Terminator, Ultron from Avengers: Age of Ultron, HAL 9000 from 2001: A Space Odyssey, V’Ger from Star Trek: The Motion Picture, etc), so this would be a really interesting and funny concept to explore:
