A few months back we posted the concept art for Starfire’s new costume and now Blackfire is also receiving a wardrobe update for Titans Season 3!

HBO Max has just released an early look at Blackfire’s new costume, showing the character in both her powered and un-powered forms. Blackfire’s new costume was designed by Laura Jean “LJ” Shannon, who also presided over her sister Starfire’s new look and the concept art is by Gina DeDomenico. Overall, the design sticks pretty close to the character’s comic book appearances, complete with the silver tiara.

Blackfire is played by Damaris Lewis, who began playing her in Titans season 2. Titans season 3 finally began production last October and is expected to continue filming until June. HBO Max still hasn’t announced a release date for the new episodes.
