its real. look up “tracy california bull” for articles about the bull stabbing, and “tracy california kidnapping” for the kidnap and torture.
Definitely not tracy lol, lived here for almost a decade now and no ‘odd crimes’ happen here, just the usual robbing, assault, etc.
I live in Livermore, drove though Tracy a bunch of times to go east, and if what this post said is true, I have no reason to stop there.
